I help professional Java developers build visibility and meaningful relationships in the tech community so they can grow their careers and become highly valued in the industry.

I’m a Forward Deployed Engineer, Oracle ACE, educator, and international speaker with 20+ years of experience in software engineering. My background is deeply rooted in Java, enterprise software, cloud-native development, and modern engineering practices.

I’m also passionate about growing the developer community. I lead initiatives at SouJava and AI Collective, organize conferences and community events including The Developer’s Conference (TDC) and DevConverge LATAM, and mentor and teach developers around the world.

Building software with Java taught me the fundamentals. Now I’m exploring how AI can help us build better software by applying them in new ways
